Terms of Delivery

* Please note that the indicated delivery times are estimates only, based on the order being dispatched from the factory. Delivery times may vary, depending on both the factory / warehouse location and the intended destination.

Delivery time frames are based on industry averages, please note that these are indicative only and subject to change.

Arekkusu-store is not liable for any delays or missed deliveries advised by Delivery service providers.

For any parcel, you, as the recipient, will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. Delivery charges can go higher if weight of the parcel exceeds certain, approved by destination country, standard weight.

Please note that Arekkusu-store is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels and compensation will not be provided. This includes if the customer has incorrectly entered the address on their order.

In addition, considering the current COVID-19 circumstances and to ensure the safety of our customers, signatures will no longer be required for delivery or Post Office collection. Someone will need to be present at the residence for this to occur otherwise standard delivery procedures, approved by destination country, will apply.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: 

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries or some regions of these countries (last updated on Nov 17, 2023):
